Communication regarding the design was very easy and the print quality of the embroidery logo is very good as well. however the cap itself is pretty bad. the quality is fine, but the measurements are way off. both the vizor and depth are way too big, which makes the hat look ridiculous when worn. also the clasp on the back doesn't function, when trying to fasten it, it automatically loosens up when you try to wear it afterwards. i might have been unlucky with my cap looking at the other reviews here, but i wouldn't purchase another hat if they were to look like this again.

Very impressed with the quality of the cap and also the great embroidery writing. the staff were wonderful and consulted constantly to ensure everything was exactly as i wanted. thank you so much!

Product of very good quality, the rendering of my logo is perfect. It remains to be seen how long the print will last in the sun and in harsh weather conditions.
I am very satisfied, thank you to the seller for his work. 😊

no embroidery, not satisfied, also requires paying for return, poor service

What a great packaging!! This way you can be sure that the cap won't arrive completely out of shape!! Really super!!!!

This is awesome. Best thing i've bought off aliexpress over the years (and i've bought a lot), and the best service as well.
The website played up and ordered the wrong colour cap. No problem, they changed it to the colour i wanted.
My initial image i sent them for the logo didn't work well because of the centre seam (see image) so i sent a couple of new ones and the second looked pretty good, so we changed the embroidery colour to yellow (i had sent the logo as black on white for best contrast, so the initial embroidery was shown as black).
The photoshop render didn't look great, but i looked at how i expected it to look in reality, not a flat logo placement, and decided it would work fine.
The only thing that could make this better is if the if there was a single piece front panel rather than the two pieces (so no front seam), but note that is is not a complaint. I rate this 1000 start out of five.
Again, awesome service.

Excellent quality, very polite seller, provided all the necessary information, coordinated everything, responds quickly, delivery is also fast, packaged securely. In short, everything is great, go ahead and buy it with confidence. 👍🏻
In the photo, the guitarist in this cap is on the right - they took them away so quickly that I didn't even have time to take proper pictures.)

Everything is great! The seller quickly got in touch and sent a mockup of the finished product. Delivery took about 3 weeks (keep in mind if you want it as a gift). The quality is good. I recommend it. I will order again.
